Guess that doesn't work, otherwise there'd be no need to pause games.

Against nothing wrong with it on AMD cards....

And with a i7 3930k .... playing with the CPU folding basically show ZERO impact in load times and general use.. no stuttering at all. It's hard to slow this CPU down at all.

Looks like they fixed the problem with the latest update, I haven't noticed any lag nor any freezes since I upgraded the client to 7.3.6... I used to have a huge issue scrolling through facebook, now it's buttery smooth!

It's official, 7.3.6 has fixed the nvidia lag and freezing issues, I'm converting video, watching multiple youtube videos, and browsing the net and no lag whatsoever! Gonna test Far Cry later and see how much it impacts performance.

For comparison, I can just run FC3 at maximum settings while folding, and have more than playable FPS. Sometimes I might get lag, but I have a feeling that it is from my virtual machine running 6 nodes of MJ12. I always have to pause the entire VM if I want to play TF2, for instance, but I wouldn't have to for Skyrim.

We have basically the same GPU, might have that same issue.
