I'm curious, can Nekolepsy drop some of those servers on rosetta@home (with the brony@home team of course) for a few days, maybe a week? would like to see what kind of points he gets. As far as I can tell, rosetta@home is CPU only.

Unfortunately, it is CPU only. On the bright side it gives me a reason to have high-end CPUs.  That way I don't have to divide power between Rosetta and folding  Twilightsmile

Should Nekolepsy choose to do so, the default for Rosetta is to run simulations on the download protein for 8 hours.  (In the settings on the Rosetta account webpage, you can select how many hours you want to run each task/protein)  IIRC, this default of 8 hours provides both good scientific results, and also is about the best for points.
