Chrome + BOINC = slow
Just putting this here in case anyone has the same problem really Eeyup

I've been running Einstein@Home on my office PC for a few weeks now and I've noticed that sometimes I get really poor performance - usually when resizing the window or typing in the omnibox. Lately I've been working on a responsive website, so resizing the window quite a lot!

Turning off "Use hardware acceleration when available" under Chrome's advanced settings has fixed it for me.

The weird thing is that (before I turned off HW acceleration) I still had problems if I snoozed the GPU - I had to snooze the CPU as well Rainbowhuh

For the record, I have an Intel 4600 and nVidia GeForce GTX 750
