If those prizes include plushies, I will gladly take the mentioned twice the chance of a random prize :3 (I do plan on folding, probably until the program is discontinued).

Hopefully, with the money made over six months of ads on the forum, I should be able to buy two plushies. If I can get them at discounted prices because of B@H, perhaps I could get a third one. Though, it might be better to get something else other than plushies, because not everyone would want one (they aren't practical for everyone, unfortunately).

Got plenty of time to figure it out, though.

I accept the terms. However, I'm having a problem keeping the program up as it keeps crashing. The last thing that happens is something about 'sending what have done' and then a Cairo Status success. Folding at home a4 then crashes, along with everything else F@H. My load meters will show both of my GPUs still firing at full but my CPUs dip to normal. One thing to note is that I run a multi-vendor GPU setup, one AMD (7950) and one Nvidia (9800GT). Could that be a problem or something else? I tried limiting a few things, only 4 cores at 90%, both GPUs at 90%, but it still crashed. My other computer with a single 9800GT is chugging along without conflict.

Alright, I've added you to the score sheet right at the bottom. Your name will eventually appear in the list properly, once Selly fixes it up.

As for your problem, first thing you should do is pastebin your log. As for the video cards, no that shouldn't be a problem.

Oh, right, sorry. At the moment you're listed as DQ'd from fortnight 1, but I'm going to be changing the way scores are handled in a future update. You'll still be listed as DQ'd, but in the very unlikely chance you end up in the top 8, you'll still get a prize. Your score will be recorded, and you'll be placed amongst the other competitors, just with a red background. If you're still folding when the next competition comes around, your score from this competition will be added to that; the only reason you were disqualified was a protection system against "hit and run" competition folding, so if you prove to be a dedicated folder that'll be essentially rescinded.

Next update will be in around 100 minutes and these changes will be implemented then, and will apply to all DQ'd users.

I used to run multi vendor AMD 5850 and Nvidia 8800gt, I found that the Nvidia driver has code that shuts down if it detects AMD cards installed. I also got instability problems.

Nope. Not sure when they will be updated, though. Probably in the next few days.

I'm working on building a program to automatically update the current contest stats, based on the data put out by Stanford.

Right now I have to manually download the user statistics file from them, and make the call to update the page manually, but I plan to automate it in the near future (I already know how, I just have three engineering problem sets due tomorrow, so I'm a little strapped for time).

Anyway, if you want to see the work in progress, I'm hosting a version of the page at http://chieftyrol.dnsd.me:83/fah-scores/ (note that the ":83" is important; my roommate is hosting his own thing on the default port). It's ugly as sin, but the data should all be correct. The update time on the top of the page is when the statistics file that I'm using was generated.

Let me know if anything looks off.

RE: 2013 New Year Folding Competition
I already have a script that can download the stats based on a text file list of all competitors added, but I only used that in the last competition because I was using that old LOG score system. The scores need to be publicly visible, which is why we are using google docs. I don't know if you can automate something for that, but if you are interested, I can send you the script.

That is...Assuming I know where I put it.

Is it too late to join?
It's probably a bit pointless at this time, but why not? What have I got to lose? haha
