That monitor, unfortunately, has a higher resolution than the Dells. It will look significantly different, but in all honesty you should probably be upgrading to 1080p anyway even if you're running mu...

Fair enough I guess, but they're really odd resolutions too. I guess you're trying to use nVidia Surround? IMO with a card like you have, a pair of higher-quality monitors would be worth it. You could...

Any particular reason for getting the Dell monitors? With a setup like that you could be running 120/144Hz easy. 22" is rather small too.

That's the problem with cutting acrylic. It chips easily, but if you use super fine blades, it melts. I'd at least try it with a more coarse blade(bigger teeth and less teeth) and experiment to see wh...

If you don't want it to melt, use a blade with larger teeth. Experiment with the speed a little bit on a scrap piece to see where you can get a nice cut with the least amount of melting.

Eh, you'd still have 5400x1920 if those monitors are 1080p, or 4500x1600 if they're 900p. I'd say that's fine for gaming? Better than trying to mash them all in semi-circle.
